In accordance with current legislation on the Protection of Personal Data, IMPACT Foundation informs the user/s (hereinafter, the “User/s”) of the Website impact25.org (hereinafter, the “Website”) about the Privacy Policy that will apply in the processing of personal data provided by the User, either when registering on the Website by completing the registration form provided for this purpose in the same, when subscribing to the newsletter, as well as during the interactions that are made with impact25.org.
The User, by providing IMPACT Foundation with his/her personal data, will expressly consent, through the mechanism provided for this purpose, that IMPACT Foundation may treat such data in the terms established in this Privacy Policy, which will constitute the legal basis for its treatment.
